Learnerships are learning programmes that require on the job learning (70%) supported by structured or institutional learning (30%) .
Skills programmes are short courses (1 day, a week, a month, etc.), consisting of either one or more unit standards, which when added together can eventually lead to a qualification.
Blended Learning is a where a student learns at least in part through delivery of content and instruction via digital and online media. This is normally targeted for distance learners.
