During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were among the first training providers to transition fully to online learning and deliver live, accredited digital facilitation. Our flexible approach now combines interactive online and in-person workshops, self-paced learning, comprehensive learning materials, online resources and 24/7 access to recorded sessions. This makes quality learning more accessible to people balancing their studies with demanding workplace and personal responsibilities.

Getting Started

Every learner receives clear information about the programme, learning process, assessment requirements and available support. Where applicable, learners are also introduced to the online learning platform and workshop schedule.

Learning and Facilitator Support

Our facilitators help learners understand difficult concepts and connect learning to real workplace situations. Depending on the programme selected, support may include facilitated workshops, recorded learning sessions, online resources and opportunities to ask questions.

Assessment Support

We provide clear assessment instructions, submission guidance and constructive feedback. Where a learner has not yet met the required standard, the feedback will identify what must be corrected or improved before resubmission.

Your Responsibility as a Learner

Support works best when learners actively participate in their programmes. Learners are expected to attend scheduled sessions, use the available resources, submit authentic work, meet agreed deadlines and communicate early when they experience difficulties.
